How to: Change your Emergency Access Password
This is a simple guide for myhealth LP’s or Practice Managers to change your emergency access password.
Should you have any questions or have forgotten the current password please email — helpdesk@myhealth.net.au
1. On the main Best Practice Screen go to Setup > Configuration (SHIFT+F3)
2. Click onto “Database” from the left-hand side
3. Click onto the “Emergency patient access” button
4. From this you will input your current Emergency access password and then enter a new password. Saving it will take immediate effect
Don’t forget to inform your other Doctor’s and Practice Manager of this change
