Banning a patient from booking online Guide up to date as of 16.01.2024

Navigate to AutoMed’s Dashboard -
HERE 1. Click on the “Clinic Setup” dropdown
2. Locate and click on “Banned Settings”
3. Click on the “Manage Templates” button
4. Customise the Level 1 / Level 2 Banned message as required then submi
5. Next click the “Add Patient” button
6. Search by either First Name or Last Name to find the patient
7. Depending on the Templates you have set up for your clinic, choose either Level 1 or Level 2
8. You will then see the chosen patient listed
WARNING
Remember to remove the ban when required
